Benefits |
1. BWS offers the best warranty in the business. Full 3
year structural warranty.
2. Holland bolt-in king pin not weld-in. Less down time for
repair or replacement.
3. 100,000 ksi 1 piece top and bottom flanges with laser cut
webs that are pre-crowned. Laser cut webs greatly increase
the trailer longevity and reduce cracking from spliced or
pieced webs.
4. BWS heavy duty fabricated front and/or rear bunk, increase
trailer longevity when hauling tree length wood.
5. BWS uses Ridewell 30,000 lbs suspensions as standard components.
Ridewell offers the best suspension warranty for forestry
applications. The
30,000 lbs suspension gives the trailer endurance in harsh
environments.
6. BWS uses a Grote ultra blue light system with a 5 year
warranty on the
harness. The system is free of junctions boxes and can be
used for either LED or incandescent lights.
7. Each trailer is steel shot blasted to remove mill scale
and rust. Steel blasting leaves a clean bare metal surface
for proper primer and paint adhesion. Preventing rust from
attacking key strength areas of the trailer greatly increases
the service life.
8. BWS trailers are complete products. Each trailer is road
and work ready when it leaves the plant. Air gauge, cables,
steel front fenders, mudflaps dump valve and lift control
in stainless steel box, tire hooks and back up lights are
standard parts of every BWS forestry trailer. A BWS trailer
is ready to work and work well.
