BWS Warranty Claim Procedure

EZ STEP 1: VIN

Make sure that all information regarding the trailer is accurately collected on the form.

EZ STEP 2: CONTACT INFORMATION

Note all contact information necessary for both the Customer and the Dealer in the case that BWS need to contact any of the parties involve in this solution.

EZ STEP 3: DESCRIBE THE CAUSE/ISSUE

In as much details as is necessary, please describe the issue and events leading up to this report. Feel free to ad information about any previous contact made with the service centre or BWS.

EZ STEP 4: PHOTOS

In order to get an accurate depiction of the issue, we need a series of pictures to be sent in to our service team to determine the root cause of the complaint.
